This is an extremely flimsy frame, and looks fairly junky if you get closer than six feet from it; don't buy it unless you have no other choice

Hello,

We just spent the last 20 minutes using all of our family towels and beach towels cleaning up one of your 5 gallon bottles that nearly exploded as it slipped off our low cart (less than 6 inches) and hit our wood floors--sending water everywhere across our wood floors. A few children's books, my wife's dance bag, various other items, etc...are drenched and some things ruined.

We were very happy to get 6 of your BPA free bottles and one tapper to only now discover that the materials you used are NOT at all impact resistant in the least and in some way sub-standard to regular use or as you say re-use on your site. We are very very unhappy at this moment with your product and wonder how many trips to get spring water we'll get with your bottles.

Other bottles we've used that have accidentally slipped off never cracked, broke, etc. Your bottle cracked and opened up like a water balloon once its surface integrity had been breached--when it hit the ground. I wish I was exaggerating. We bought yours because they are BPA free.

Here was their response:

Dear

Thank you for your message. We are sincerely sorry to hear about the

incident with the 5 gallon bottle you purchased and used. We will send you

a replacement right away. You should receive it shortly

In regards to your questions and concerns about the plastic material used

for the bottle; you are correct that there are other plastic bottles that

can withstand drops and are more durable. However, similar bottles are

either made out of non-BPA free plastic, leeching plastic, and/or

non-reusable plastic.

For instance, one of the most durable plastics in the market is

polycarbonate bottles. It is very durable and can be dropped from a couple

feet high and would not have any issues. However, the plastic contains BPA

components.

As of now, we are using the best 'non-leeching, reusable BPA free' plastic

in the industry for large bottles. Unfortunately, there is no "one"

perfect plastic that have all the best characters (i.e. BPA free, durable,

odorless, non-leeching, reusable, transparent) to make the perfect bottle.

We will pass your feedback to production and we will continue to work with

plastic developers to improve the plastic, while trying to keep all the

important characters to make the better bottle. Thank you again for your

message.

Hello we bought two of these in Jan of 2011 but we didn't get our water crock til almost the end of July. Its now October and both of our bottles are cracked and useless! I definitely do not recommend this product. Its not like we were abusive to them either one just fell on its side in my car. When I got home from the store there a gallon puddle on my back seat floor. Anyone out there know of a 5 gallon bpa free bottle that won't break?

It seems durable.

I wish I had seen it has a screw on top because although that is good for storage it makes it harder to place on the dispenser.

I hate, hate, hate, that solid foam tempur mattress stuff. I figured a few inches of it with a down topper would be softer with the support I was looking for. Man was I right. This thing is awesome! For once I woke up and didn't have pain. This thing is a definite buy.

I purchased this as a mattress topper for an uncomfortable mattress. I've owned this item and slept on it for over a year. I was concerned about the reviews about the odor, and airing it out, as I'm very sensitive to strong odors and perfumes. When I opened the box, I didn't detect any odor, I put it on the bed in the morning, in the evening I put on a rubber sheet to protect it, the same evening I put on the sheets, it didn't appear to make a difference in the height of the mattress. Although my cat noticed when she attempted to jump up, slid down, and had to take a running start to hop up. I no longer wake with back or shoulder pain. I've slept comfortably throughout the night for the whole year and the cat has conquered the extra few inches with a little oomph.

I would purchase again.

People who are angry that this is not actually 4 inches of memory foam should read more carefully. For the rest of us, here is my review:
This thing ROCKS. I'm a lady with curves so I like my mattress as soft as possible. Problem is that I also hate the suffocating warmth and restricting-feeling of a typical memory foam topper. This thing is perfect. It has the sinking support of the memory foam, but the pillow-top disperses your weight a bit more to where it just feels like you're sinking into a cloud rather than a bowl of putty. This thing has given me some of the best night sleeps of my life.
My mattress is a typical one (good quality) without any fancy pillow-topper. This thing plusses it out just right.

saw cuts well but battery life is really poor. used 2 batteries and was only able to make 2- 8" diameter cuts. i do a ton of cross county ski trail clearing with a heavily used, three year old, 2 handed carona that puts this puppy to shame. save your cash or perhaps check out oregon's.

Anybody who complains about this saw did not realize what they were getting. I understood this was a very light duty saw made for small limbs. I bought this just to cut up starter wood and that is it. I do not want to bring out my 18" gas saw for that stuff. I works just fine for about 20 to 30 minutes which is all I need it for. You can see just by looking at the picture it is not made to do to much. The best part was the directions explaining how to drop a tree. Yeah right. It does a great job for what it was made for.

This saw quickly and effortlessly cuts small trees and branches, at least up the ~ 4" diameter limit of my personal experience. A single battery charge affords perhaps 15 minutes of cutting. The battery should probably be freshly charged immediately before use to get the full 15 minutes. While remarkably light and easily handled, the saw is definitely not a toy and should be handled with caution. The oil feed that lubricates the chain continues to ooze oil during storage, apparently a common feature of such saws and a genuine inconvenience. The saw arrives needing minor assembly, essentially that of screwing on the blade. And of course there are the usual advantages of electric over gas: quiet running, immediate and effortless starting, no messing with gasoline, and no exhaust.
